Hi! I'm Doodle!
Hi! My name is Devon Elliott, aka Doodle. I recently graduated from the University of Florida with a BFA in Graphic Design and a Minor in Disabilities in Society. Before college I was not exposed to the world of design. I focused primarily on ceramics and dabbled in painting and drawing. I was led to design by experimenting with new mediums, and it was the UFGD program that really opened my eyes to the world of design and the creative process.

When designing, I use an illustrative, colorful, and a free-spirited style to express my personality and passion for creativity. In my free time I love working with ceramics, painting, photography, and sketching; but, when I need a break from my *artsy* side, I find joy in being surrounded by the ocean with the sun on my skin and salt in my hair!

Before my career in design, I was raised in a small town in the panhandle of Florida. There, I found my love for the ocean and motivation to experiment with my creativity, but it is also where I was given the nickname Doodle. The name originates as so: Devon, Dev, Devie, Devie Doodle, Doodle Bop, and finally Doodle. Now that I am a designer who feels joy in making my doodles come to life, I have found a new love for my childhood nickname as it perfectly identifies who I am today!
